1. How do I register as a Canon Edge Member?
Its easy and simple. Just visit www.canonedge.com website and Click on Sign Up Today. Fill in the details. And Voila! You are a Canon Edge Member.
2. How do I register my product on Canon Edge ?
A: Once you have made an account then you can register your product by clicking on "Register your product for warranty" in the My Account section.
3. How will I came to know that my product is registered?
A: For checking this click on register your product for warranty, there you will get the form showing your details. Just below that form you can see the details of your registered product.
4. From which date warranty period starts?
A: Your warranty starts from the date of purchase.
5. How can I get one year of additional warranty?
A: By registering your product on Canon Edge you will get one year of additional warranty. However, please note that this is not applicable to all product lines at the moment.
6. Who all can attend this Go Pro training?
A : This training is for all Canon DSLR owners only.
7. How can I register myself for Go Pro Training Or free workshop?
A: To register for Go pro training you need to register your DSLR camera. Once your product is registered then after 36 hrs you can register for the Go Pro Training.
8. In how many cities does Go Pro Training takes place and when?
A: Go Pro Training happens in four cities - Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai on every second and fourth Saturday of the month. Keep visiting http://canonedge.com/edge/ workshop/gopro/list for regular Updates
9. When will I get the confirmation mail for Go Pro Training?
A: 2 days before the Go Pro Training you will get the confirmation mail.
10. How many times a user can attend Go Pro Training?
A: A user can attend Go Pro Training just once. One session is informative enough and can help you with all your questions regarding your DLSR
11. Can gold members take participate in contest?
A: Yes, Gold members can take participate in contest.
12. What is the procedure of getting welcome Kit?
A: Customers buying the camera after 26th January will get the bag from dealer only. If your purchase date is before 26th January then please mail your invoice copy to admin@canonedge.com.
13. I am not able to register my product(Problem in serial no. or product category)?
A: Please write mail to admin@canonedge.com containing all the details of your product so that we can look into the matter.
14. I have registered my product but still not able to register for workshop?
A: We suggest you wait for next 36 hrs to register for the workshop, after registering your product on Canon Edge. If it takes more than two days then kindly mail your complaint to admin@canonedge.com.
